Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,330 per week

About the role

A physical therapist is needed for a 13-week home health position starting ASAP in Tracy, California. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a physical therapist in California
• At least 1 year of experience in home health therapy
• Federal mileage reimbursable

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the national licensure exam
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
