About the role
A travel Home Health Physical Therapist is needed for a position in Epping, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in home health or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Knowledgeable in home health care protocols and regulations
