American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Douglas, Georgia. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a pay range of $2,088.40 - $2,192.82 per week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, applying advanced PT techniques.
- Conduct skilled assessments and develop personalized care plans for in-home patients.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a PT.
- Valid Physical Therapist license.
- Willingness to obtain State licensure.
