Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,122 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 20-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Dunedin, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• At least one year of recent, relevant work experience in home health or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of home health care regulations and standards
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
