Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,330 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 26, 2026 in Santa Barbara, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• At least one year of recent relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase EMR system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
