About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Adhere to client’s schedule and requirements
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in Home Health preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
