About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 25, 2026, in Brooksville, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Assist patients in regaining or maintaining physical function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Experience in Home Health preferred
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
