Pride Health is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Missoula, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress regularly.
• Document patient care and treatment outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana.
• Experience in home health settings preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, nights.
