Contract details: 13-week travel assignment, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Paid hourly (not by visit). The Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage. Start date: ASAP. Location: Everett, WA. Employment type: Travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$2,460 – $2,653 per week for a 13-week contract. Paid hourly based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
