Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Hood River, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within Oregon

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Knowledge of home health care practices and standards
• Experience working with patients of all ages

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
