Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Everett, Washington and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Document patient progress using OASIS
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
  • CPR Certified or able to obtain
  • Previous OASIS experience
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington

Pay

$2,460 - $2,653 per week*

Schedule

13-week contract, paid by the hour - not by the visit
