Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Portland, Oregon and the surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$2,344 – $2,603 per week. Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals; compensation depends on qualifications and experience. Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
