Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,460 per week

Average weekly pay: Estimate based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in home health settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of New York.
• At least 1 year of recent relevant experience in home health or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accreditation.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
