About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting January 4, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and caregivers
Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
- At least 1 year of recent home health experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or eligibility to take the exam
- Experience with home health equipment and techniques
- Ability to travel independently to various locations within Washington State
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
