About the role
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas. The therapist will have a designated territory of coverage. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous OASIS experience
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
Contract Details
- Pay: $2,128 – $2,301 per week (paid by the hour, not by the visit)
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts
- Start Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Travel
- Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
