About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026, in San Francisco, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in California
- At least two years of recent relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software and electronic health record systems
Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Ability to assess and treat physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments
- Experience with home health care settings
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

Pay
