About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Everett, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document all services provided accurately and in compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of recent relevant work experience
- Knowledge of home health care practices and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current CPR certification

Pay
The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 9 hours, days
