Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,425 per week

Description

As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will evaluate patients' functional status and implement therapeutic services to help them regain independence in daily activities. You'll work independently and as part of a team to coordinate care, educate patients, and document treatment outcomes. This role requires adaptability and empathy, as you support patients through various challenges in their healing journey.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Current certification in BLS
• Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the American Occupational Therapy Association (preferred)
• CRASE training (if travel assignment extends beyond 6 months)
• Licensed by the State of Oregon as an Occupational Therapist
