As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you'll play a key role in helping patients regain their independence through personalized care. Requirements
- Continuing education evidence (preferred)
- Proof of auto insurance
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum
- Eligible for the National Registration Examination
- CRASE training for assignments beyond 6 months (if applicable)
- Current certification in BLS
- Licensed by the State of Oregon as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid driver's license
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
