Contract Details

• 13-week contract
• Paid by the hour — not by the visit

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$2,128 – $2,301 per week (based on 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week; tax-free stipend amount to be determined). Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
