Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain.
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Previous experience with Computer Charting.
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Contract Details

Duration: 13 weeks (15‑week contract noted). 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. Pay: $2,000 – $2,232 per week, paid by the hour, not by the visit. Designated territory of coverage. Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
