Responsibilities

  • Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Kent, Washington and the surrounding areas.
  • Work in a designated territory of coverage.
  • Offer specialized knowledge and support for success in at-home healthcare environments.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
  • CPR Certified or able to obtain.
  • Previous OASIS experience.
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting.
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
  • CPR Certified or able to obtain.
  • Previous OASIS experience.
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting.
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.

Pay & Schedule

  • $1,940 - $2,142 per week.
  • 11-week contract.
  • Paid by the hour - not by the visit.
