About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 1, 2026, in Logansport, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Indiana
- Experience in home health or related field preferred
- Passionate about providing quality patient care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
