Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,148 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in South Dennis, Massachusetts and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life for patients in their homes.
• Assess patient needs using OASIS and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document care provided accurately and timely using computer charting systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while providing care in various environments.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts.
• CPR Certified or able to obtain certification.
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Previous experience with Computer Charting.
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Pay

$1,920 - $2,148 per week*

13-week contract, paid by the hour - not by the visit.
