- Active Occupational Therapist license/certification in Delaware
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- 1+ year of recent Occupational Therapist experience
- Previous home health experience

Pay: $1,986 - $2,148 per week*
Duraton: 13-week contract, with potential to extend
Schedule: Hourly pay (not per visit)
Territory: Dedicated home health service area
