Role and Responsibilities

• Provide rapid-response, high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced setting
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients
• Administer medications and assist physicians
• Document care using EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective treatment
• Explain procedures to patients and families
• Initiate education plans
• Respond to life-threatening situations following protocols
• Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of recent ER RN experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Physical endurance and interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency and mental resilience
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in diverse teams

Key Duties
