About the role
We are seeking a skilled ER RN to provide high-quality, rapid-response care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, triaging, and prioritizing patients based on severity
- Administering medications and treatments following protocols
- Preparing equipment and supporting physicians during emergency procedures
- Monitoring patient safety and comfort, documenting conditions and interventions
- Responding to life-threatening situations and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Educating patients and families, ensuring safety protocols and regulatory standards are followed
Requirements
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and patients, and adapt to irregular activity schedules
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and computer skills
