Travel ER RN Summary Role: Provide urgent, high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, assessing patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Triage and assess patients, explain procedures, administer medications, assist physicians, monitor patient conditions, document care, and respond to emergencies following protocols and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: One year recent ER RN experience, valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, technical proficiency, and ability to work under pressure. Key Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to handle stressful situations, and effective teamwork. Must have visual acuity and physical capability to perform essential duties.
