Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients quickly upon arrival
- Administer medications and treatments following emergency protocols
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and prepare equipment
- Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs continuously
- Respond effectively to life-threatening situations
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Provide patient education tailored to emergency care needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to handle equipment and move in demanding situations
- Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and professionalism
