About the Role

Provide rapid-response, high-quality emergency care, including patient assessment, triage, administering treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, and documenting in EMR. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education while responding effectively to urgent situations and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize patient care based on acuity and urgency
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document all care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• One year of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Physical ability to handle emergency situations and operate equipment
• Interpersonal skills to engage with diverse patients and healthcare personnel
