About the Role
Deliver high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients
- Explain procedures to patients and families
- Administer treatments and medications
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Monitor patient safety and respond to emergencies
- Document care and maintain accurate records
- Initiate patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
Key Duties
- Prioritize patient care based on acuity
- Perform emergency interventions as needed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Document patient assessments and care plans
- Ensure safety and quality in all aspects of patient care delivery
Requirements
- One year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Technical proficiency in emergency care equipment
- Physical ability to assist with patient movement and equipment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Fluent communication in English
