About the role

Deliver rapid, high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Assess, triage, and treat patients, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival
• Explain procedures and administer treatments following protocols
• Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and document care in electronic records
• Educate patients and families, support interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

• One year of recent ER RN experience
• Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, and technical proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure, collaborate effectively, and adhere to safety protocols
