About the role

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and triaging patients upon arrival
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Documenting assessments and interventions
• Educating patients and families
• Responding to life-threatening situations and adhering to safety and regulatory protocols

Requirements

• One year of recent ER experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical and technical abilities to assist with procedures and equipment
• Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
