Deliver high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department.
Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients
- Administer treatments and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Explain procedures to patients and families
- Document care accurately
- Respond to life-threatening situations
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
- Initiate patient education
- Ensure safety throughout shifts
Requirements
- At least one year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical and sensory abilities to perform essential tasks
