Travel ER RN

Role: Emergency Room RN (ER RN) responsible for delivering high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a busy emergency department. Responsibilities: Assess, triage, and monitor patients; explain procedures; administer medications; assist physicians; document care; collaborate with healthcare teams; respond to life-threatening situations; educate patients; adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications & Skills: At least one year of recent ER experience; valid RN license; current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications; strong critical thinking; excellent communication; physical ability to handle equipment and move patients; interpersonal, technical, and mental resilience skills; visual acuity. Key Duties: Prioritize patient care, perform emergency procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure safety standards are met. Provide compassionate patient education and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
