About the Role
Deliver rapid, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients
- Explain procedures to patients and families
- Administer treatments and medications
- Monitor patient safety and respond to emergencies
- Document care and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and support physicians
- Educate patients on care plans and follow-up
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
- Prioritize patient needs and manage urgent care situations
- Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Uphold professional standards and maintain licensure requirements
Requirements
- At least one year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
