We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a travel assignment.
About the role
In this role, you will provide rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department by assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Triage patients
- Explain procedures to patients and families
- Monitor vital signs
- Respond to life-threatening situations
- Document care
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC certifications
- At least one year of recent ER experience
- Critical thinking and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in clinical skills, including physical and technical abilities
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
- CPI certification
- NRP certification
- SANE certification
