Responsibilities
- Assessing and triaging patients quickly upon arrival
- Administering medications and treatments according to protocols
- Assisting physicians during emergency procedures
- Monitoring patient safety and comfort throughout their stay
- Documenting patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing patient education tailored to emergency situations
- Responding effectively to life-threatening emergencies and adhering to safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- At least one year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Ability to work under pressure, handle frequent contact with the public, and maintain attention to detail
