About the role
Emergency Room (ER) RN providing high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Key Duties
- Provide urgent care and prioritize patient needs
- Assess and triage patients
- Explain procedures to patients
- Administer treatments and medications
- Prepare equipment
- Monitor patient safety and vital signs
- Document assessments and care
- Respond to emergencies
- Assist physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Educate patients
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- One year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical and physical abilities
- Must demonstrate mental resilience and sensory acuity
