About the role
Provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients, prioritize care based on severity
- Explain procedures and administer treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist physicians
- Ensure patient safety, document assessments and interventions
- Respond to life-threatening situations following standards and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Recent ER RN experience
- Valid licensure and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC)
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Excellent interpersonal, technical, and sensory skills
- Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and demonstrate professionalism
