About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, triaging, and monitoring patients upon arrival
• Administering medications and treatments according to protocols
• Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during emergency procedures
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records
• Responding to life-threatening situations and ensuring patient safety
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements

• Minimum of one year recent ER experience
• Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move and assist patients and equipment
• Proficiency in English, PC skills, and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred certifications may include: TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, SANE, and others.
