Responsibilities
- Provide rapid, high-quality emergency care including patient assessment and triage.
- Administer treatments and medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient safety and document care accurately.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
- Respond to life-threatening situations promptly.
- Prepare and maintain emergency equipment.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Assess and prioritize patients based on urgency.
- Explain procedures to patients and families.
- Assist physicians during emergency interventions.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain high safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt quickly to urgent care demands.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least one year of recent ER experience.
- Valid RN license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to move equipment and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
