About the role
Provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients
- Explain procedures to patients and families
- Administer medications
- Assist physicians with emergency interventions
- Monitor patient safety and vital signs
- Document care accurately and timely
- Initiate patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Minimum one year of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficient technical, motor, and sensory skills
