Travel ER Nurse - Nights (3x12)

This role is for an ER Travel Nurse responsible for providing urgent care in a high-acuity environment. As part of this assignment, you will rapidly triage patients, prioritize care based on acuity, administer emergency medications, and respond to codes and trauma activations. You will manage diverse cases such as cardiac emergencies, strokes, trauma, and sepsis, delivering timely interventions to stabilize patients. The position requires at least 2 years of recent ER experience and an active North Carolina RN license. The role operates on a nights 3x12 shift schedule using the Meditech EMR system.
