Responsibilities
- Performing assessments
- Monitoring patient status
- Administering medications and treatments
- Coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers with the care team
- Providing safe, quality patient care

- Ensuring smooth care transitions
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recent Med Surg nursing experience
- Active North Carolina RN license
Skills
- Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
