About the role
Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing patient care in a medical‑surgical setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of patients with acute and chronic conditions, including postoperative care.
- Perform assessments, monitor patient status, and escalate concerns promptly.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families to support safe care transitions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg nursing experience.
- Active Alabama RN license.
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system.
Pay
Compensation is $1,878 weekly.
