Travel ER Nurse - Night Shift (3x12)

About the role

This ER travel nurse role involves providing urgent care in a busy emergency department. The facility utilizes the Meditech EMR system and offers streamlined credentialing and support services for a quick start.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly triaging and assessing patients across all acuity levels
• Prioritizing care as patient conditions change
• Administering emergency medications, IV therapy, and treatments
• Responding to codes and trauma activations as part of the resuscitation team
• Delivering timely interventions for emergencies such as cardiac events, stroke, trauma, and sepsis
• Managing patient stabilization, testing, and disposition with the emergency team

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent ER experience
• Active RN license in North Carolina
