About the role
This ER travel nurse role involves providing urgent emergency care in a busy hospital setting at a facility using Epic EMR.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly triage and assess patients across all acuity levels
- Re-prioritize care as conditions change
- Deliver time-sensitive interventions for emergencies such as cardiac events, strokes, trauma, and sepsis
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered
- Respond to codes and trauma activations as part of the resuscitation team
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent ER experience
- Active Missouri RN license
