About the role
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a travel assignment in a fast-paced emergency department.
Responsibilities
- Rapid assessment and triage of patients
- Administering medications, treatments, and emergency procedures
- Monitoring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Documenting patient care and outcomes
- Providing patient education and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Requirements
- One year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical, motor, sensory, and mental capabilities to perform duties effectively
Skills
- Clinical judgment and emergency care expertise
- Ability to work under pressure and handle life-saving situations
- Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic medical records
