About the Role
Provide rapid, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department setting as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN).
Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients
- Explain procedures to patients and families
- Administer treatments and manage medications
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment
- Monitor patient safety and vital signs
- Document care and interventions accurately
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on care plans
Requirements
- One year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
